Cardiganshire Boards of Guardians.

The following list relates to a previously unnumbered series

of Cardiganshire Boards of Guardians records, transferred to

the Cardiganshire Record Office from the National Library of

Wales in 1984 as part of ACC.543. The main series is listed

separately.

Also included in this list are: abstract of accounts,

Aberystwyth Union (ACC.544, transferred from Aberystwyth

Library 23 January 1986); a rate book for the parish

of Aberystwyth, 1880 (ACC.527, transferred from Ceredigion

District Council, 16 October 1985) and a Treasurer's

account for Aberaeron Union, 1929-1930 (ex SRD/4/531).

Further records relating to Cardigan Union are to be found

among the records of Cardigan Borough, at present being

relisted.
