Legal transcript of a case heard in the High Court of

Justice, Queen's Bench Division, Westminister Hall before

the Lord Chief Justice, Mr Justice Blackburn and Mr Justice

Lush. The dispute was between the Ecclesiastical Commissioners

of England of the one party and Griffiths and others of the

other party, over the ownership of certain lands called

Variously Blaintwrch issa, Llanfawr, and Brynspyddader in the

township of Gorwydd in the parish of Llanddawi Brefi Co.
